mostly because after obsessively binge-listening for the first time i gotta put these thoughts somewhere and i don’t want to internet-comment.

in online discussions people continuously go back and forth on whether you’d remember the events in a major/important day in your life when something bad happens. now granted, thankfully, no one i know has been disappeared/murdered so it’s not SAME bad, but if i try to recall who i spoke to/where did i go on any of the “dramatic days” of my life – break ups, moves, job-quitting — i can recall at best 20-30 minutes of the key event and none of the rest.

if i had to recall in detail the last time i saw scarf i probably could do it … to some extent. if i had to do this for an event 6 weeks ago? forget it.

it just seems totally reasonable that he wouldn’t remember anything.
