summary of past week:
saturday: camping & rockclimbing
sunday: rock climbing
monday: slack off (i think)
tuesday: go into the city with anja, the girl from new zealand
wednesday: insane day of classes
thursday: day of classes, rock climbing
friday: big shopping with taxi delivery
saturday: wine tasting tour for entire day, and big party at the apartment in the evening
sunday: rock climbing, again
and tomorrow is monday and I WILL SLEEP IN OR SOMEONE WILL GET BEATEN WITH AN INFLATABLE BALOON.
my challenge to you is to find a balloon that is not inflateable that can still be called a balloon! :P

i maintain that “a balloon by any other name is still a balloon” but “any other thing named a balloon is not necessarily a balloon.” :P
anyway i found that the image you linked comes from http://microgravity.grc.nasa.gov/balloon/HS.HTM which shows pictures of a balloon filled (inflated) with glycerol being punctured in low gravity. so the picture you showed is actually the contents of the balloon after the balloon has exploded and ripped away. the challenge still stands! :P
hmmmm okay.
well, the thing i have is not even like a balloon but is more an inflatable baton. does that still count? :P
